Mix & Mingle with The Cocktail Collective - Saddle Up & Sip

Shake things up with our newest monthly experience at Nancy’s Urban Tower Farm — Mix & Mingle with The Cocktail Collective. This hands-on class is designed to bring people together through creativity, conversation, and delicious drinks in a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

Each month, guests will learn how to make two featured beverages while discovering the techniques, ingredients (some fresh from the Tower Farm), and skills that go into creating drinks with confidence and style. Participants may choose to create cocktails or mocktails, making this a fun and inclusive experience for everyone. Whether you are brand new to drink mixing or already enjoy experimenting at home, this class offers a unique night out filled with learning, laughter, and connection.

Led by Molly Porfidio, founder of The Cocktail Collective, this class is inspired by her passion for teaching, creativity, and bringing people together through memorable drink-making experiences. With a background in education and a love for mixology, Molly creates an inviting space where guests can learn, connect, and have fun.

Our first class kicks off on April 28 with Saddle Up & Sip, a Kentucky Derby-themed evening featuring two signature beverages: the classic Mint Julep and a refreshing Southern Belle Spritz made with elderflower, vodka, lemon, and club soda. Guests may enjoy these as cocktails or mocktails while taking part in a festive evening of sipping, learning, and Derby-inspired fun.

Come sip, socialize, and discover the joy of mixing drinks with passion and precision — one glass at a time.
